1• Desalt codfish by soaking it in cold water for several hours (ideally 24 hours, changing the water regularly) 2• Once desalted, bring water to a boil and cook codfish for 20 min. 3• Once cooked, drain fish and mash with a fork. 4• Add minced onion, eggs, oat bran and chopped parsley. Mix well. 5• Heat a non-stick pan, and when pan is hot, make patties and brown 3 min on each side. Season with a dash of lemon juice.
