1• Tenderize the cutlets until they are nice and flat . 2• In a shallow dish, whisk eggs, add seasoning and dip cutlets in egg. Then coat cutlets with oat bran and wheat bran (which you will have combined in a separate dish). 3• Quickly dip cutlets again in egg then in brans so they are well breaded. 4• Add a few drops of olive oil to pan then wipe with a paper towel. Fry cutlets for 3 min on each side. 5• Serve each cutlet with one ½ lemon.
