1. Preheat oven to 425°F
2. Grate zucchini with peel. Finely mince onion. Chop basil, crumble feta cheese and cream cheese.
3. In a medium size bowl, mix together zucchini, onion, basil, feta cheese, cream cheese, oat bran and eggs. Add salt and pepper. When well blended, drop small amounts of mixture onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper, put in oven.
4. After 15 minutes, remove baking sheet from oven, turn the bites over, return to oven and bake for additional 15 minutes.
