1• Wash salads and place them in a varied way on each plate.
2• Chop shallot and mince onion.
3• In a bowl, pour the Dukan Diet salad dressing and mix in honey extract, chopped shallot and minced onion.
4• Quarter each saint-pierrelin and oat bran pancake. Place each ¼ saint-pierrelin on a ¼ pancake. Broil a few minutes to soften cheese.
5• Place one on each plate on top of the salad and drizzle with salad dressing. Sprinkle with minced chives, basil and tarragon.
- 200 to 300 g of 4 mixed salads (lettuce, curly leaf, lolo rossa, escarole...),
- 1 shallot,
- 1 onion,
- a few basil leaves,
- a few sprigs of chives,
- a few tarragon leaves,
- 6 Tbsp Dukan Diet salad dressing,
- ½ tsp honey extract,
- 2 saint-pierrelin cheeses (1% fat),
- 2 Dukan oat bran pancakes
