1• In a saucepan, heat milk with coconut food flavoring and cardamom.
2• When hot, add oat bran, wheat bran and sweetener.
3• Lower heat and stir until a thick mush-like porridge is obtained.
- ¾ cup (200 ml) fat-free milk,
- 2 Tbsp oat bran,
- 1 Tbsp wheat bran,
- 1 tsp Dukan coconut food flavoring,
- 1 ½ tsp ground cardamom, artificial sweetener to taste
