Instructions :

1• Preheat oven to 350 °F. 2• Separate egg whites from egg yolks. Beat egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt. 3• In a small bowl, mix together brans, greek yogurt, egg yolks, sweetener and chosen flavor. Fold in egg whites beaten stiff. 4• Pour into silicone muffin molds and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
