Instructions :

1• Preheat oven to 350 °F.
2• Separate all 4 egg whites from egg yolks.

3• Beat egg whites until stiff.
4• Mix together the other ingredients: egg yolks, oat bran, greek yogurt, baking powder, sweetener, then fold in egg whites beaten stiff. Add chosen flavoring.
5• Pour into silicone muffin molds and bake 20 to 30 min keeping a close eye.

- 12 tbsp. Oat bran
- 4 tbsp. 0% MG White Cheese
- 1 tsp. Hermesetas liquid
- 1/2 sachet of yeast Perfume of choice: Zest of an untreated lemon (PL -
only),
- cinnamon (1 teaspoon),
- coffee (1 tablespoon),
- Defatted cocoa (6 teaspoons),
- pistachio flavor, orange flavor ... (dosage according to flavor)
