1• Preheat oven to 350 °F.
2• Strongly whisk 2 whole eggs, egg yolk, sweetener, cocoa and bran. Stir in greek yogurt.
3• Fill silicone molds with batter and bake for 10 min.
4• Allow to rest 7 minutes before removing from molds.
- 2 whole eggs + 1 egg yolk,
- 2 Tbsp Hermesetas liquid sweetener,
- 5/8 cup (70g) natural unsweetened cocoa,
- 3 Tbsp oat bran,
- 130 g nonfat plain greek yogurt. Contains 7/10 tolerated food per cake
