Instructions :

1 • Mix in a small bowl the sound, egg, white cheese and smoked salmon yeast. Pour into a round pan and bake the bread in a microwave for 4 minutes.
2 • Unmold and slice the bread in half, in the direction of the width. Lightly grill the toaster if you want it more crisp.
3 • On a slice, spread the mustard, cover with petit-suisse, sprinkle with dill and place the salmon
smoke.
4 • Close the roll.

- 2 Tbsp oat bran,
- 1 whole egg,
-  2 Tbsp non-fat plain greek yogurt,
-  1 tsp baking powder,
- 1 tsp mustard,
- 1 non-fat petit-suisse, a few dill sprigs,
- 1 slice smoked salmon
