Instructions :

1• Preheat oven to 350°F.
2• Mix all the ingredients together.
3• Pour mixture into silicone cake mold and cook in microwave about 8 min or in the oven for 25 min at 350°F.
4• Check for doneness by inserting the tip of knife which should come out clean.

NOTE : in cruise phase, you may add 4 Tbsp oat bran.

- 2 whole eggs
- 2 egg whites
- 3 tbsp.
- oat bran 2 tbsp.
- wheat bran 8 doses of Protifar or neutral protein powder (optional)
- 1 natural or flavored yogurt 0% without added sugar
- 1 half sachet of yeast 3 tbsp.
- Dukan aroma flavoring sweetener of choice (hazelnut aroma, Bourbon vanilla flavor, orange blossom flavor, bitter almond flavor ...)
