1• Mix together main ingredients (except egg whites) until well blended. Add spices, if desired, salt and pepper.
2• Fold in your chosen ingredient and egg whites beaten stiff.
3• Heat a non-stick pan over low heat, pour in mixture and cook about 8 min. Turn cake over and cook additional 7 min.
