1• Preheat oven to 325°F.
2• In a medium-size bowl, combine all ingredients. Knead the obtained dough for a few minutes then shape into patties.
3• Lay patties on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes keeping a close eye.
4• Serve with tomato slices and gherkins, like a breadless hamburger.

- 2 Tbsp wheat bran,
- 4 Tbsp oat bran,
- 2 Tbsp dehydrated onions,
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce,
- ½ tsp basil,
- ½ tsp oregano,
- 2 tomatos, a few gherkins, salt, pepper.
