1• Mix together main ingredients (except egg whites) until well blended.
2• Fold in egg whites beaten stiff
3• Pour ¼ of batter onto hot pan and cook on medium heat for about 5 min.
4• You may choose to add 1 Tbsp of natural unsweetened cocoa for a chocolate pancake or add spices for a savory version.
